Booking online implies an immediate 25% deposit.
Remaining balance will be debited by Stripe 7 days before the arrival date.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation:
- at least 20 days before the date of arrival, the deposit received will be refunded in full.
- between 7 and 20 days before the date of arrival the deposit will be refunded up to 50 %.
- If the cancellation is made after the dates indicated, the deposit will not be refunded.
In case of cancellation due to COVID 19, i.e. traffic restrictions or government constraints making it impossible to rent, a postponement of the rental dates will be possible for one year or the deposit may be refunded 100% and the reservation will be cancelled. Please contact me to discuss this.
How to reach the villa:
- By plane: Several flights per day to and from Toulon Hyères airport to Paris-Orly; Lille; Strasbourg; Antwerp (BE); Brussels (BE), Rotterdam (NL); Southampton (GB)
- By train: From Paris, one TGV per day to Hyères station or from Toulon one TER per hour to Hyères.
- By bus: from Hyères station, take bus 67 for the Tour Fondue and get off at the “Jean Bart” stop.

Accessibility
Unfortunately, the apartments are not accessible to people with reduced mobility:
- The Côté Jardin apartment does not allow wheelchair access to the bathroom.
- The Côté Pinède apartment is located on the second floor…
Arrival and departure times
High season: Arrival: 15h – Departure: 11h
Low season: Free entry and departure if no previous or next occupant (ask me).
∴As soon as possible please let me know your expected arrival time or when you arrive in Toulon (train, car…). Also if you want us to pick you up at the train station (in Hyères) or at the airport, do not hesitate to tell me about it.
During your stay
Pets welcome: a dog or a cat but well-bred (No dog on beds or sofa..)! Other ask me.
No parties or noise between midnight and 10am. Most holidaymakers are here to rest!
The apartments are non-smoking
Garden gates must remain closed
Selective sorting is mandatory, and you’ll find garbage cans at your disposal. Be environmentally friendly everywhere, but especially on the beach and in the sea.
At the time of departure
You are asked to:
- Check the cupboards, chests of drawers and drawers to make sure you haven’t forgotten anything,
- Empty the fridge and freezer of all perishable food.
- Remove the beds from the sheets and put them in the laundry baskets.
- Leaving towels hanging in the bathroom
- Empty the bins into the outer containers
